"Fever" acts as a multiplier to score and it varies between x2 and x5 depending on the combo count of each note.

This game also requires a highly secured USB profile key, which is included in the package of Djmax Trilogy, to run the game. The USB profile key is also needed for saving profiles of the player; the entire profile is saved in the profile key. Because of this, it is impossible to run DJMax Trilogy by copying the USB profile key.
